1. Scope and definitions
1.1 This Policy applies to the Ayzen Dispatch administrative dashboard, customer portal, driver application and public website.
1.2 A "cookie" is a small file placed on a device by a website. "Local storage" is storage within a browser or application that a website or application may read and write on the device. References in this Policy to "storage technologies" include both.
2. No tracking, advertising or analytics technologies
2.1 The Provider does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking technologies, analytics scripts, tracking pixels or device fingerprinting on any part of the Service.
2.2 The Provider does not load typefaces, scripts or other resources from third-party content networks for the purpose of rendering the Service, and uses the fonts already present on the device.
3. Storage technologies the Provider uses
3.1 The Provider uses only storage technologies that are strictly necessary to provide the Service you have requested, or that record a preference you have expressed. Each is set by the Provider, remains on your device, and is not shared with any third party.
- Authentication. On sign-in, a session token is held in local storage to keep you signed in between visits. It is removed when you sign out.
- Display preference. Your choice of light or dark display.
- Navigation preference. The section of Settings last opened.
- Working copies. Invoice statuses and notes are held briefly so that the page responds at once while the change is saved to the server, where the authoritative record is kept.
3.2 These technologies cannot be disabled without preventing the Service from functioning, and accordingly are not subject to consent. Clearing your browser or application data removes them.
4. Technologies set by infrastructure providers
4.1 The Provider's hosting and security provider may set a strictly necessary cookie to distinguish legitimate traffic from automated abuse. It is not used to track you across other websites and cannot be removed without removing the protection it provides.
5. Browser controls
5.1 Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies and local storage. Doing so will sign you out and may prevent the Service from working.
5.2 Because the Provider does not sell or share personal information and does not track users across websites, a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal has no further effect: the outcome it requests already applies to every user.
6. Changes
6.1 Should the Provider introduce any storage technology that is not strictly necessary, it shall first amend this Policy and, where Applicable Law so requires, obtain consent before that technology is set.
6.2 References to the "Provider" are to the contracting entity identified in clause 23 of the Terms of Service. Questions concerning this Policy: support@ayzendispatch.com.
